1. We remove the things you don't want. That means we take away almost anything – from old furniture, appliances and electronics to yard waste and renovation debris.

2. We will review our price list with you and give you a clear estimate on your job There are NO hidden charges or extra fees for certain items.

3. We do all the loading and cleanup, wherever the items are located. We also make every effort to recycle or donate We Specialize in Estate Cleanouts!

How Do We Price? We charge by volume, not by the time it takes us to remove your junk. We will take a small load, a large load or one or two items. The price depends on the size of the load.

How Much Junk Do You Have?We charge by how much junk removal you need. We have up-front pricing, minimum load $150.00 (unless it's a one or two item load like a couch, chair, washer, etc)

Small loads are negotiable, generally costing no more than $85.00. Half load $300.00. Full load $550.00. (tax included)
